NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
BANYO DISTRICT COMMUNITY GROUP

A general meeting of the Banyo District Community Group (BDCG) will be held on Wednesday, 11 May 2016 at the Brisbane City Council Banyo Library meeting room, 284 St Vincent’s Road, Banyo at 6pm at which the following resolutions will be proposed as a special resolution:

1. That the BDCG incorporate as an incorporated association under the provisions of the Associations Incorporation Act 1981 (Qld).
2. That the BDCG adopt rules set out in the Annexure to this notice for the purposes of incorporation.
3. That the existing officers of the BDCG continue as Interim officers of the BDCG (and part of the BDCG Management Committee) until other officers are elected or appointed.
4. That a further person is elected as an interim member of the BDCG Management Committee.
